Buy.com
Wil not give me a refund

I placed an order from Buy.com in November and asked for it to be shipped to my place of employment, only too have it shipped to my old mailing address, now I'm being told that someone signed for one of the packages other than myself and the rest were returned... Now here comes the real drama I can't get a refund because of this, I was told to go back to my old address which is now two months later to see if I can locate it due to it's out of their refund peirod.
