Ripoff over charged since last Sept victimized many consumers

I have had major problems with Qwest phone service since last year Sept. I have saved all the outragous bills the have sent me for services I never had, and other garbage they decided to charge me for.

I contacted BBB, months ago, they passed the buck to the BBB in Qwest's area.in the mean time, I have recieved phone charges anywhere between $100.-$300. A month. They have also sent me a cell phone I never ordered, and decided to start chargeing me for msn.internet, Which I already had not from them 2 years prior to this, And they have even been trying to charge me for MCI, and MCI internet, which I would never have anything to do with MCI, because of 6 years ago when they put me through hell trying to collect money from them I already paid them.

For a year of that I became sick for awhile, with stress, Qwest turned my phone off until I sent them what they claim I owed them. I have proof of all the money Qwest had taken from me that I didn't owe them. I have been getting myself so sick over all this battleing with them every month since last sept. For the 3rd time they told me if I sent them so much money, I could have my phone and they won't do this again. So What happens? They just sent mev another bill, chargeing me for MCI internet which I do not have, it seems this BS never stops with them and I have been losing myself emotionally for the stress they have caused all these months. They should have been paying me for all they over charged me, instead they put me through financial and emotional hell, and it doesn't stop.

I have been here for 3 years and have had only basic service&one line for my computer. All of a sudden I have outragious phone bills. I am a victim of them and going through a lot of stress from them for the damage they have done in my life, emotionally and financially. Anyone who would like to see what they have done, I have every bill since they decided to do this damage, last September. And it really saddens me that the buck got passed from one BBB to another and nothing has been done, to help me through this. I don't have an option to change phone companies, until another one comes in my area, so how much more damage do I have to go through?
