Stay away from Big Fish Games. If you purchase a game, chances are you likely signed up for a monthly service charge without knowing it. Then, good luck trying to get your money back. Whether your use the service or not, you will be charged $7.28 a month. The online chat people stick to a script, and try as best as they can to mislead you even further and keep your money. Judging from the hundreds of online reports about the same thing, I would think a class-action firm or an AG would be interested.
