Citimove.com Citimerchant. Impersonated another company to steal business, owner contact info is not listed

I listed my company on citimove.com a while back. I have never received a single lead from citimove.com. Heres why: A customer finds my company listed on the citimove.com website. The customer then tries to provide their phone number to me by emailing me through the links. The email does not come to me, instead it goes to someone else. This "someone else" calls my customer and claims they are my business partner and they would like to accept the customer's request for movers.
The customer completes the move with this "phantom company" that doesn't really exist. Probably two college kids with no experience. If something perchance goes wrong, the customer tries to call citimove to straighten thigs out. BUT, citimove does not provide their address or phone number on the website, only an email address where no one will respond to complaints.
After hours of research, I found the owner of citimove. He happens to be a laywer in NYC. When I called him directly at his law office, he sounded completely shocked that I somehow found him. Afterall, the website did not have contact info, whois.com listed a third party (who could not give the owner's name due to privacy issues), and no one responded to emails.
