Godaddy Supports Porno Website Owners more than other customers

I have been a Godaddy customer for years. I have a big problem here; I’m not getting much needed assistance from Godaddy's customer services regarding another customer who posted my email address on his porno websites. I have exhausted all my options and I don’t know who else to turn but you. I’ve been on this matter for two weeks.

Here is the problem: A Godaddy customer who owns a website called A-Porn-Star.com listed my personal email address on his porno website. I am not a porn star and I don’t own a porn site, never been to this site before and have no idea how this individual got my email. Though I once had an issue when my email account was hacked by spammers but was resolved sometime ago. Now I have my email add showing on this website, and I tried to reach the owner via his listed email address seven times but to no avail (got automated responses that linked to other porn sites). And for days I have been begging Godaddy’s Abuse dept (via a rep called Arid) to at least find a way to relay my message to the site owner to remove my personal email address from his porno website.

Arid said I should get a subpoena, and I did try both the local police and the court but they said this is a simple matter that is not in their jurisdiction, that I should keeping asking the hosting company to contact their client for request removal.

I did explain this to your rep, Arid, he kept telling the same thing, and he also said he can not help because the website, A-Porn-Star.com is not hosted by Godaddy, but that is not true. And it turned out that the website is indeed being hosted by Godaddy and was registered there too.

I called the Abuse dept again and spoke with a rep called Daniel, and asked to talk to a Supervisor, he transferred the call to a voice mail; I left a message, and it’s been days and no response yet. I also sent messages last week via Godaddy’s domainbyproxy website, days have gone by no response, no email confirmation.

My reputation is at stake here. I have a job and business to protect. It would be very devastating to my career if my clients see my email address popping up with some porn websites. As a matter of fact, this situation was first discovered by a colleague. I could literally lose my job over this if the invalid and inaccurate info remains on this website.

This is not right, how could a Porno Merchant put anyone email address on his website especially if you have nothing to do with the site. And Godaddy is defending this faceless porn customer all the way against its own. Please help! Me do something before is too late. This is a desperate situation for me. I would be most grateful for your timely assistance.
