No response, said they shipped, it's all false

I ordered about $55 worth of product on September 8th. Of course they took my money within minutes. Over a week later, they finally responded to an email and said that my order had shipped, even going so far as to provide a tracking link for the USPS. The tracking link only says the post office was notified of "intent to ship" but it never went any further. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I even called the listed site owner on the phone number he has listed on "WhoIS" as contact info. Not a single response.
