The biggest rip off ever Ripoff

This company sucks, every time you make a change to your account they tag on 2 years to your contact and they don't tell you about it or even get your permission to do it. And if you want to get rid of them they want to charge you outrageous fees. Something needs to be done about the cell phone companies and their abuse of their customers.
