Ripoff ruins childs christmas

My child recieved a xbox 360 for christmas it has stopped working after 3 weeks. Called walmart told them had no reciept as was present, they said no problem we can look up the bar code if you still have the box which i do so i go there after talking to 3 sales people and 2 managers they tell me they cannot exchange this is after 2 hours of bs. So im stuck with an unhappy child and a game from them that dont work. They got there 45600 and they dont care customer service not guess ill take my business to target at least if you have no reciept they can look it up so buyer beware at walmart they just dont care after the sale
