Xbox 360 Stopped Working After Three Weeks and Exchange Refused

My child received a xbox 360 for christmas it has stopped working after 3 weeks. Called Walmart told them had no receipt as was present, they said no problem we can look up the bar code if you still have the box which I do so I go there after talking to 3 sales people and 2 managers they tell me they cannot exchange this is after 2 hours of bs. So I'm stuck with an unhappy child and a game from them that don't work. They got there 45600 and they don't care customer service not guess ill take my business to target at least if you have no receipt they can look it up so buyer beware at Walmart they just don't care after the sale
