Walmart.com screwed again by defective products

I have ordered 3 items off the walmart.com website, since they were online only items. And of the 2 that I have recieved so far they have both been defective. When I contacted the site I was told that I couldn't exchange the item, that I could only get credit. But would lose out on shipping charges.

This is ridiculous, they have since ruined my son's christmas as I have not been able to find either of the items anywhere else. And they have taken more of my money. I am no longer going to order from them and am warning others to stay away from them and their so called business practices.

Sending out defective items, and rude customer service, the so called knowledgable customer service I have yet to see, even the supervisors don't know whats going on. Never again will I shop at walmart or walmart.com, kmart gets my money now or target when the new one gets built.
