I ordered several things for Christmas and only recvd one item, when calling them, all they would say is "oh we ran out of those", I asked why did you not send me an email about running out of them, rep said sorry about that, we must have forgotten... So now, someone is less one Christmas gift and no one there seems to care.

There was no offer of back ordering, nothing at all. I was furious with the way that rep handled this situation. Obviously, the gift was not for him or his family, I will never order from a company so callous again
