Lousy communication skills customer service!

Deterapigeon... I buy their product online. I inquire about getting the product sooner so i can go on my road trip with there product (pigeon spikes) I am willing to pay for faster shipping mind you.

I get no call back or E-mails What so ever I call the company "someone will get back with you".

No one ever does!!!

I am shocked how these people stay in business
