United States Postal Service Mail Fraud False Advertising

I'm wirting this because our Federal Government or part of it which is the United Postal Service feels they are allowed to rip off the US citizen and since their government are allowed to do it. Here is a Prime Example of what Im mentioning.

They advertise express and Priority mail. Express is advertised at delivery of 2 to 3 business days, and express overnight. Did you know that when you pay the express fee at most post offices in the US, that most of the time they just toss it in the regular mail bin that the 39 cent letters go? And that their only responce when you call the main office who refuses to give a real address states "Express mail theres no guarantee" Why then are we paying for better service then? If I pay for faster service I expect it, and right now our Federal Postal serfice feels they can charge us fees and not give us the service we pay for. Guess what, credit card was used, and my bank follows federal laws so can you say "Chargeback?"

Something needs to be done. WHen parts of our government feels they dont have to follow their own rules, they make. Anyone have feedback on who to contact here Im all eyes.
