Ripoff Fraud

I went in to Dennis Express store on December 8 to use the ATM. After i entered my pin number the machine asked me how much did i want back and i said $20.00. After that the machine started making noise as if the money was coming out, it then shut down. I asked one of the foreign employees behind the register who owns the machine and how do i getr my money back and as always they was acting as if they spoke no english. I called the police. The police locked one of the employees up " who i believe is a manager". He gave us a bogus number to dial (which was someones cell number) if the machine takes a customers money. There wasnt even a number on the machine to dial if it was to take a customers money. The police stated that she has had several complaints and came out to that location at least several times within the past 2 weeks. There wasnt even a notice on the machine stating out of order. He admitted to police that the machine had been acting up but he still kept the machine on.
