Distress Properties Investment Ripoff

This two individuals still money by getting you in to invest with them on distress properties in Florida. Gloria has a Florida Real Estate license, hoewever Jaime does not.

The way they work is they buy the property with your money and they get a commision out of the purchase, then they re-sale the property to you with a higher price and make another commision plus the difference in the price of the initial purchase. You need to finance the property, so they advise you to use themselves as the investors that according to Jaime is a better interest rate (specially if your credit is not perfect). You fix up the property and they are supposed to sell it for you.in my case, beacuse Gloria and I became "friends", I trusted Jaime, he sold the property and I only got back $2500.00 out of the 16K my husband and I invested, not counting that the protery was purchased for 92K and sold for 136K. I have tried to contact them with no luck, there is always a hung up reply, or just no answer. This happenened 2 years ago and I know they are still in business. Just want other people to know who they are and what they are up to so others like me do not fall for it.
