I got ripped off big time by Jaime Perkins, of Indycashflowexpert.com.
Took $35,0000 of my savings to represent me in the purchase of a rentable, rehabbed property in Ohio. Gave me a bogus deed.
When I tried to sell the property, I found out I never owned it. Money is gone, and I have no recourse but feel totally screwed by this guy.
Stay Away from this character!!!
