I made a report on this site in July against this so called "business". (see past reports) The reason why I did this, was to alert people of how I was ripped off by this "breeder"—"dog seller", Bob Cox. My main objective, so this situation would never happen again. To spare YOU so that YOU wouldn't have to go through the hell I have been through with Bob Cox.

I have a small breeding program, that's been in the same location for 20 yrs. I base my business on honesty, and providing my customers with quality puppies.in the many years that I have owned and raised German Shepherds, I have NOT had one problem... UNTIL my dealings with BOB COX.

My customers who bought the puppies that were sired by Bob Cox's stud Marco, my customers knew PRIOR to sale that the umbilical hernias were surgically repaired. I had to pay for the surgery on those pups. (This should have been paid for by Bob Cox.) Unlike Bob Cox who doesn't disclose anything PRIOR to his sales, you the buyer, have to find out on your own AFTER you purchase a dog from him.

I spared my customers the expense by taking care of this myself, so they wouldn't have to. That's what good breeding ethics is all about. Bob Cox knows nothing about "good breeding ethics."

When Bob Cox refused to sign off on the AKC litter application, I informed ALL my customers what problems I had with Bob Cox. I told them that the puppies were being sold as pets, for one, the AKC litter application that he NEVER supplied me with, after OVER 3 months, AKC enforced his signature.By then, it was too late as the pups were already discounted when they were born, due to lack of AKC papers. He FINALLY signed the litter application for AKC, NOT me. Bob Cox became very scared, OVER one month passed after my complaint against him to the AKC, and he finally signed for AKC, he knew, if he didn't he wouldn't be able to register his litters that he has to peddle from his back yard. I filed the complaint with AKC against him, so this problem would never happen again.

The umbilical hernias were documented by me, on each pup's health/vaccination record. This was also disclosed to each customer PRIOR to sale. All pups were sold with a Vet Health Certificate as well.

An umbilical hernia does NOT mean the dog is "sick", what an umbilical hernia is, its fluid that didn't seal from the umbilical cord. Therefore, surgery is required to repair it, (close it off) which was done. It doesn't affect the life of the dog. Once its surgically repaired there are no future problems. You cannot use the dog for breeding as this will be passed on to its offspring. My customers were NOT looking for potential "breeders", they knew they could NOT breed the dogs because for one, they weren't getting any AKC papers that is why they were sold and advertised as "pets" in the first place because Bob Cox wouldn't sign the litter application.

Again, I was up front and honest with my customers and told them of this PRIOR to sale, and that didn't have any affect on them purchasing, they wanted the dogs for "pets" to love them and give them a wonderful home, to be treated as a family member.

As far as the only male, the one Bob Cox refused to pick up, a letter from my attorney to him stating to come get the pup that he claimed was his, and a certified letter from me stating to come pick up the dog, and BOB COX REFUSED TO COME GET THE PUP!!! He had until 11/06/06 to get the pup or it would be sold as stated in my letter to him. When he refused to pick up the pup I sold the pup on 11/16/06. Now he wants to whine and cry about a puppy that he had sold for $2500 he claims. (yeah right)

The male was born with one testicle, and it was fully disclosed to the customer PRIOR to sale. They too wanted a "pet" and the people who bought the male bought a female pup from me previously in April (from another dam & sire) They were completely thrilled with their first pup that they bought, so they decided they wanted this male pup as well. If I sold "sick" dogs like Bob Cox wants you to believe, why would someone be a repeat customer, and give me high recommendations? Matter of fact the lady in K.C. Was soooo thrilled with her pup she recommended me to her parents and they ended up buying the last female from that litter. They have recommended me to their friends, and now I have them on a list for a puppy. That is why I run an honest business and get repeat customers, and that is why my gallery link to my website shows those pups and the emails of 100% satisfied customers. These customers have referred me, and I have a waiting list growing for my next litter.

Do you think for one minute if I sold "sick" puppies, that these customers would be sending me emails and pictures every single week? Get a life Bob Cox and get out of mine, you are a miserable being. You are like a turd that won't flush.

Calla NEVER had a umbilical hernia, and was thoroughly examined by our vet to see if she had a scar from a prior surgery, the vet found no such scar. I have my vet's documentation that Calla has NO defects and a clean bill of health, does Marco?
So the carrier that passed this on to the puppies had to come from the sire, Marco. Calla will have her chance to be bred to a QUALITY stud next year. Since my vet has documented Calla to be in perfect health there is no reason not to breed her. Who would you rather believe a licensed vet or Bob Cox that has proved to be one with no business ethics?

ALL my puppies that leave here, have countless hours of socialization, sold with a complete health record, 3 sets of vaccinations, de-worming, and most of all a vet health certificate, with FULL vet exams, PRIOR to sale. That's why Kathy Roberts has repeat customers and is highly recommended.

Bob Cox wants to slander Calla, he has begged to buy this dog back, NUMEROUS times. Bob Cox is obsessed with my web site and my dogs. He figures by slandering me that if he can't have her, no one can, he's going to make sure he destroys my business with this slander so no one would want a pup from her. What a psychotic person Bob Cox is.

As far as Hexe, "Ann" AKA Bob Cox in Nashville, IL who posted more slander under my name here is the ad that BOB COX posted for Hexe on the pedigreedatabase...

The ad that Bob Cox posted as shown above from the pedigreedatabase, in his own ad he states she is a "red sable" but in his slander post from "Ann" that happens to be in Nashville, IL about me he calls her "silver". Although he obtained Hexe for FREE as you can see from his ad, she is NOT FREE.

When you breed dogs or any animal for that matter, problems could arise, how YOU deal with that problem (s) will reflect on your future business. I stand behind my dogs that I sell and it is quite evident that Bob Cox does not.

Furthermore, this slander will not be tolerated, my law firm in St. Louis has sent Bob Cox a letter to cease and desist of his slanderous postings. If he ignores the attorney's letter that he receives he will find out how serious they are in pursuing this matter.
