Heather Sullivan of enchanted pictures entered into an agreement when taking over the lease of my rental premises to pay for all the stock and fixtures. This was in July. I have made several attempts to get my money owed to me and all she does is make up excuses. The other day she went so far as to tell me she was in the hospital. Then two days later she proceeded to tell me that the landlord certified her cheque and she was in over draft. Then it was I was just at the bank getting a money order for you. She then proceeded to start insulting me and swearing all through the email. This lady is a con artist. She does nothing but rip people off. She has absolutely no morals what soever.
