Sullivan tire Sullivan tire rip off Bait and Switch

Today at 8.: 30 am. I called Sullivan to make appointment and order the tires I wanted. I was given the time 12:30 pm. Since my tires were not in stock enem tho the website said they were. I arrived at 12:00 pm. And was "imformed they forgot to order, however, they had others in stock for more money"{bait and switch} I entertained that thought because my rear tire was bad because of a recent rear axle beam snapped in half. He tried to sell me valve stems for 3.99 each, when I got him to admite the tire I had were brand new he stated it was a liability if I did'nt buy them from him which is not true. Then he kept trying to add on hidden charges. I walk out of there very upset at the fact Sullivan tire was trying to rip me off. I must state the only reason who I went there was because they are close to my home. From here on out I think I will stay with the small shops, I mite pay a little more, however, I won't be nickel and dimed or ripped off. The bait and switch is the scumbag thing todo its alive and well with Sullivan tire
