Ripoff Bad reception Fraudulant Billing

A couple years a go when AT&T sold their company to cingular, the reception was horrible and I had dropped calls every five minutes so I HAD to sign over to Cingular.

Recently, all of my bills include data charges for internet use for like 0.01 or 0.05 cent and althogh it doesn't seem that much it's getting to the point where its $20 dollars or more every month and when I download rigtones I do it all at one time so I now what day and what charges are ok. I put a security code on my internet so they wont pull that maybe someone else used your phone crap so I know they are fraudulent charges.

I also notice that if I'm going through my phone all of a sudden a screen will pop up saying I used 21000 kilobytes and I'm just checkin the time or something simple

Although when I call it's sometimes gets taken care of I have to call at least three different times and then it doesnt take effect for at least two months.

Im tired of calling month after month for charges that keep showing up on my bill that arent mine and i wish something can be done about it.
