Damaged my home, overbilling, poor CS Ripoff

To start when my system was installed I asked for the dish to be mounted in the yard. The tech stated it had to go on the roof due to the trees. The next day I noticed I was only receiving about half of my channels. I called DISH and they sent another tech out (11 days later). He tells me that the dish needs to be mounted in the yard because with it on the roof I was only picking up one of the two satellites. So the dish was put were I requested it from the start and I was left with a bracket screwed into my roof and ten holes in the side of the house. I called DISH and was told that the techs are contractors and there are so many they can't pinpoint which contactor it was. I have been trying to have this resolved for three months.

Next comes the billing. I signed up on a "Special Offer" of three free months of the Starz Pakage. I was billed all three months for this. Each of these three months when the bill came was followed by a one to two hour phone calls arguing to have the charges removed.

And finally... When I signed up with Dish Network it was part of a "bundle" package with my phone company. After two months, DISH chose not to be partners with the phone company, so I was "de-bundled" as DISH put it. So they open a new account and charged me two months of service on the third bill. So my third bill consisted of being over charged for Starz and double billed because of the new account they set up.

They admitted every time that I was being over charged for the Starz and stated it was a "bug" in their system. But they refuse to state the double billing is a mistake. They state that all new accounts consist of first and last months billing, even though I wasn't a new customer. I was a current customer that they chose to open another account for.

As far as their customer service... It's the worst I have ever seen. No one can find a supervisor within a reasonable amount of time and when one does talk with you, they are rude and avasive.
