Ripoff harrasment at the workplace

I have been harrassed by this company for no reason at all. Last month I made payment arrangements for a cell phone bill my son did under my name. I was first called last month at my workplace by this very rude and abusive man who said he was going to take my credit card that I had gotten the cell phone with and take my money for the bill. I told him don't call me at work and don't threaten me. I then hung up on him. When I got home that night I called the franklin collection service and spoke to someone by the name of Sean and told him I could only afford to send $50.00 per month and he said ok but I needed to call him every month when I would be sending the money to him.

I proceeded to mail my first payment that night and they received it and cashed it. Not even a month later I received another call today at work from a woman who told me I did not make official payment arrangements with them and I have to send them at least 124.00 per month nothing less and I explained I could not afford it. After explaining to her about last month's phone call with Sean she then told me I only sent one payment and that was not enough. I told her I could't afford any more than that. I told her I was going to lose my job and I would have no money to send them and that I had asked to be called at home and not my place of business. She proceeded to get very nasty to me and asked my "how many garnisheers do you have?" I tried to be nice with them but how does anyone have to right to be downright rude and insulting. I am not a rich person just someone trying to make a living and had a son who did something stupid.
