I ordered online a free phone and 30 day trial of suncom wireless, the service was very poor and many dropped calls so I contacted suncom and the cancel so they said the account. Then they sent me an address label to mail the phone back but they say they never got the phone, and billed me 248.00 for the phone. Months later they sent me a bill and requested that i pay it, They didnt get it!!!

Suncom says we got it, as a slogon but they did not get back the phone I returned to them, what a rip-off, and billed me for a phone that I sent back months ago. I even sent the phone within 30 days of the free trial. Not a free trial. The service sucked big time, and dropped calls on all calls I disconected service within a few days the worst. You get what you pay for and some with suncom.
