Sometime in the summer of my cell phone service went from AT&T to Suncom. I was not given an option, I was just switched. The service from Suncom was unsatisfactory. Many dropped calls and I couldn't get service around my home. My wife, who uses her phone for work (therapist) became very frustrated and we decided to switch to a different carrier. Having never signed a contract with Suncom and knowing that the contract I had with AT&T had expired, I didn't consider the possibility of a early termination charge from Suncom, but I got one. They are trying to charge me $175 termination fee for each phone. Not $175 for the contract but for each phone. They have also added $36.00 for service after I cancelled my account with them. When I tried to negotiate with them over the phone, the management person I talked to was unkind, short and ruid. They don't "get it". Stay away...

Suncom sends text addvertizement to their customer and charges customers for recieving Suncom.com internet/nationwide
