Ripoff

I ordered a plastic tease wig brush that folds closed and paid $6.95 for the brush and was charged $6.95 for shipping. I received the brush 11/09/06 and used it no more than 5 times and the brush broke in two. I wrote to Wowwigs 11/17/06 and got a response back 11/27/06 that I would get a replacement, however, I would have to pay the shipping again. This item was shipped Priority Mail to me the first time. A small Priority Mail box would easily hold this brush, (around $3.85 to send). I feel that the brush was not made well to have broken so soon, and I feel that it only fair to have a replacement sent to me at no charge. I just got the brush when it broke.
