Tribal Art Air Brush... VERY poor communication and customer service! - Tribal Art Air Brush

The web-site MISREPRESENTED their product. $3,000 later we received 1/2 our order and the quality was sub-par at best. When we requested help from customer service we were informed that anything that wasn't used or specially designed could be returned at our cost! That was THREE months ago, SEVERAL LONG DELAYED PHONE CALLS / EMAILS and we STILL HAVEN'T received confirmation that they received our returned items... UPS has given us confirmation of the delivery! Of course no refund received. Europeon Air-Brush Art has supplied us quality and a full system within two weeks! Yay! For them!!! Go to their web-site!
