Photo shoot rip-off

I am sorry to hear that Tim Grant has ripped off other people, but glad to hear I am not alone. I met with him in a Starbucks, at which time he asked for the $300 fee. I told him I was broke but he agreed to take $150 as a deposit and collect the balance later.

We met a second time and he took me to a fashion house where I tried on some clothes for a shoot. We actually did a shoot (without the promised hair/makeup personnel) but I decided I was uncomfortable with the level of nudity he required. He claimed that I had misled him but said I should call to get copies of the photos we had taken.

I called repeatedly for months and months, to no avail. I have never seen the promised pictures, nor have I received my money back. He claimed to be an ethical person and preyed upon my trust in him after our seemingly open conversation.

If you read this, Tim, you can make things right by following through on your promises. Your "rebuttal" that these allegations are untrue is pathetic — three women who do not know each other have frighteningly similar stories (which says to me that there are A LOT more out there who haven't found this site).
