Digital internet phone will not work in Time Warner Service Area and they are aware of this. Ripoff

I signed up as a rep and a digital phone customer months ago. I was having technical issues with the phone adapter. After weeks of talking with time Warner Cable and ACN tech support I found out two things. Time Warner admitted they will not allow a 3rd party digital phone on their system. I also found out that ACN was aware of this happening in other areas and failed to tell customers.
I connected the phone adapter it would work for about 12 hours and then the cable modem would shut down (no internet access).

The company is a joke and their service is a joke, and they told me they will have to caarge an early disconnect fee. Don't use their service or sign up as a rep unless you have an extra 1,000 dollars to throw away.

My cost, if you consider my time spent takling to tech support on both sides is way more than 1,000 dollars. If you hear the word ACN RUN like the wind.
