Ripoff evil dirt bags ripoff waste of time

When I looked through the yellow pages in search for a good attorney after the future ex got his attorney to help him lie by denying he was in the office at the day and time the process server delivered divorce papers to him, so called, attorney, mark bastarini (should be spelled B-A-S-T-A-R-D) claimed that they loved working against gwen melbourne.

Well, I was ready to leave after the hearing but Bastarini insisted that I go back in and have a conference with the soon to be ex and his attorney. Against my better judgement, I went anyway. When the soon-to-be ex asked if he and I could speak alone, I stated, "Only if he's honest for a change!" Every attorney KNOWS that they are not to speak to a client that's being represented by another attorney.instead, this over weight, toilet resembling pig had the audacity to get sarcastic with me and say something to the affect of, "Don't say that. It makes you look... So don't so that."

Shocked that my own so called attorney had allowed the fat pig to speak to me at all, I sat there wondering if he'd do his job and get on his case.instead, he sat there with a stupid smirk on his face and said nothing! Not even with the Satanic midget (soon-to-be-ex) made a fool out of himself by insisting that he knew I had a job. Well, when I spoke Bastarini a few days later, he was very unprofessional and hostile toward me. He yelled at me demanding to know where the rest of his money was and when he'd get it and when I asked about filing a complaint against Melbourne, he had the nerve to get nastier with me and said, "I'm about 5 minutes away from firing you!"

He FAILED to point out to the judge at the first hearing the fact that the ex had lied about being in his office at the day and time he was served even though PROOF of the phone bill from the fax that the detective had sent to the process server was there, the company that the process server was never open on Saturday and the ex tried to claim that he was served on Saturday instead of Friday.

I immediately terminated HIM instead and only paid him $500 for his lack of services! I was supposed to pay about $1,000 but he most certainly didn't earn it and I'm making this report because he shouldn't be allowed to continue to rip people off. I would have been better off fighting the whole thing myself!
