Don't use this Attorney

I went to this Attorney for the purpose of having him review and sign my portion of a Pre-Marital Agreement. He collected the fee then began to make stupid comments, such as "Why don't you and your Fiancee just continue to live together"? I then asked him, why doesn't he go home tonight and ask HIS Wife "Why don't we get a divorce and just live together'"?

He signed the contract, knowing that my fiancee and I would be moving out of state. He also knew as stated in the contract that any changes or amendments could be made in writing by both of us at any time. Two months later, we contacted him with a change/amendment, and he refused to sign it. And stated "I do not practice out of state law". I then asked him why did he not be honest from the beginning, since he knew that we would be moving to another state.

Since he would not sign the Amendment I had to hire another Attorney and pay another fee and go with a Post Marital Agreement.

This Attorney is a total ripoff... AVOID at all costs, their are other Attorneys that do Pre-Martial Agreements and are at least honest.
