Process server / illegal tactics do not trust a liar

This jackass came to my home to serve bogus papers in a lawsuit. Never served me, he asked my name I said yes he said he had something for me I stated that I had nothing to say and walked in the home. My husband who was standing beside me and witnessed the whole transaction had the paperwork thrown at him and they landed on the ground. Never saw them never picked them up. I hired an attorney, tried to have case thrown out due to the fact I was never served. The circuit court judge allowed this gentleman to LIE on an affadavit. He said he KNOCKED on my door, lie, asked a young gentleman if I was there the young man went and got me, LIE, that young man he referred to was my husband who has grey hair! He stated that he asked who I was I acknowledged it, he gave me the paperwork and I refused to sign. Lies, lies, lies. This ass knew he never served me. He lied on an affadavit to save his own ass with the attorney who hired him, my story and my husbands never changed from the minute we started telling it. But Judge Colleen O'brien in Oakland Cty. Circuit Court allowed him to lie and cover up his un-professionalism. HE DIDN'T EVEN GET MY DESCRIPTION RIGHT! Go figure and the Judge still allowed him to get away with it. Must be so Logan and Associates can pony up some more billable hours. A majority of the cases heard in front of this Judge go to appeals court. I can see why.
