Ripoff unethical employees shady

I went to on target on west main in kalamazoo, and was shocked by the service if you would call it that. I went into the store a few months ago to purchace a shotgun in which I was successful. The gun was 330. Oo.

A few weeks later I went to the same store and walked around for what seemed like forever before I was helped. When the employee finally came to help me I told him what I needed which was another barrell that would cost another 200. Oo.

When I was in the store talking to him I spoke of a minor problem, and that was that I didnt know what was wrong with the shotgun plug which is a peice of plastic about 7 inches long. I told him that i didnt know what was wrong with it and was wondering if he could take a look, but it was not a big deal if there was no solution.

So I waited and waited and waited until he finally came back about 30 minutes later. He told me that the plastic plug was the wrong size and that he had to shave some of it off. Keep in mind that I didnt authorize him to do this. A shotgun plug would normally cost about 3-5 dollars.

When he told me he wanted 10 dollars for the shaving of the plastic I wanted to flip, but he insisted that it was a 10 dollar fix. Who in their right mind would pay 10 dollars for something they themselves could have done? Surely not me. I figured that since I have spent 530.00 on the gun that something so simple would have been done for free. To add to it I didnt even tell him to fabricate anything. I believe this buisness is out to get easy money and rip people off any way possible. Please dont let anyone else fall into their little trap.
