HELP for refund from Industry Model

It was the same story as others, we met some of the scouts from Industry model and talent studio in Palisades mall who convinced us our kids are so beautiful and could get their pictures in magazine etc.

We signed the contract 2 days ago (12-Nov), I am sending them a letter to cancel our photo shoot and refund our money which will not be easy due no Refund clause mentioned in the contract.

Please advice if there is any way we can get our advance payment (495.00$)

Photo shoot is not done yet and payment was made by credit card. I can make stop payment on credit card but they do have a signed document for payment.

Please Advice if some one has more info on this issue.
