Professional Scam Company - Let's file a suit!

My daughter was approached several times by this agency in the Paramus Park Mall. I finally decided to check it out. I should have been skeptical when I noticed that there were no pictures of their talent on the walls and that the offices of these so called directors were very clean.

After the initial interview I was told that I had to pay for the photo shoot right then and there. Again, no one makes you sign a contract right then and there if they are legitimate. But I paid and signed and when I got home realized I could not get out of it.

After the photo's are taken, their "talent director" chooses the photo's. Then you have to buy comp cards or a gigacomp contract. Don't do it -its a rip off. First of all, any legit agency will not be looking for their future models on the internet - they are too busy. Also -no one else has a password to get to these photo's.

I would love to be involved in a class action suit. This place needs to be put out of business. They are making thousands of dollars off innocent people. Let's shut them down fast!
