Filing a small claims complaint

I was wondering if anyone has filed a small claims complaint against this company and has had their money refunded.

I am doing so and I would like any advice anyone can give me. Like so many others, I was scammed and cancelled the photo shoot within 24 hours but they refused to give me my $850 back.

Help... Advice needed.
