We ordered a wall unit and left a deposit of $4932.00. It's been ten months - still no wall unit. Ripoff

We ordered a wall unit from this company in Jan. 2006. The total price of the unit including tax was $8798.00 We left a deposit of $2932.00 on Jan. 30. An additional deposit of $2000.00 was given on February 16. It was supposed to be ready within 24 weeks. We kept on calling them and we received assurances that it would finally be ready to be delivered mid-October. We never received it. We have been calling them and leaving messages, but they are not returning our phone calls. We want our deposit of $4932.00 back.
