There was a resdent that lived here who had bad water leak that came from upstairs smeely stinker water goshed all over floor in bathroom nd hallway days later a repair guy came over nd tore out the bathroom wall than left it that way weeks later cause city was called the repair came bck nd replaced pipes cause the ones in it gave out nd city plumber siad were not allowed to be used nd if in these walls are in others than hoe in wall still open goshed water few mre times nd two live cats came from upstairs wall to the bottom unit where hole was left open they were taken out hole still left open in bathroom wall 2 months later city inspecter called plenty of times unit upstairs was fixed fr leak than repair guy still up there renewing the whole kitchen that did not get wet or anything but unit downstairs has nd still not finished nd hole left open bad management nd repair lives there so he wrks fr them but is not liensed fr anything
