New World Electronics
Sold Me A Lemon Plasma Television ripoff

Electronics and household app.

I bought the television in April. IT stopped working in December. Took It back to the place, they fixed it. Then the one year warranty was still in effect. I tried to buy an extended warranty at the time, they said I couldn't, I had to wait until the other warranty expired.

I called Vizio, the manufacturer of the television to get the extended warranty but they didn't recognize New world as one of their distributors. So the television broke down again in May with the same problem. I tried to take the television back, they told me my warranty expired that it wasn't nothing they could do. I even offered to pay for it. I just wanted my television fixed.

They told me it would cost in between $200-$450 dollars, and I Couldn't get nothing but a thirty day warranty. I told them it was the same problem and they fixed it pretty fast last time. (after I dropped it off by the time I got home in about 15 min. They were calling me to come pick it up) They told me even if it were A reset button the price and the warranty was the same. They just kept throwing it in my face that the warranty had expired.

I spent $1200 dollars for that set. I'm a man on a fixed income I don't have that kind of money to toss away.
