Ripoff fraud business fraudulent ripoff business

I bought knit-top on June 15. When I got home, I washed it. It's hand wash because on the side of the cloth says that so I just follow the rule. The material run after I washed it. Then right away I returned it and asked them to change it but they refused it. They said they couldn't accept it. I was so dissatisfied with it. I just bought it and I couldn't wear it. This company is not suppose to sell clothes that can cause fade (run of color).
