Colour fade

Hi,

I have just bought a shirt from G2000 on 16/1. It cost me $36. After wearing for one day during Chinese New year, I wash it together with other new clothes. Unfortunately, this G2000 shirt is the only one with its colour fade, whereas the other new clothes are fine.

On the receipt of G it clearly indicates; can only be exchanged within 14days, and goods that are washed cannot be exchanged.

In fact, no one will know that the colour will fade, if it has not been contacted with water. Thus, in this case, how should G2000 ensure their product's quality, and how do we make claims if G2000 stated such regulations? The regulations are unfavourable to the consumer. Ironically, consumer may have to buy at their own risk, just like any 'pasar malam' stalls.
