Ripoff Gave unrealistic ETA Refused to provide service paid fo

I went to Danny's family Car wash for an oil change wash and detail. I was given the time fram of one hour. I was there with my baby after and hour and a half I inquired about my car I was told it would be at least 45 minutes before they got to my car to do the detail and it would take another 30-45 minutes. I was very upset with a baby you can't sit in a car wash for that long. I told them to take the car detail off my bill, but they refused, but said I could come back at a later date. So I said I would return after my babies nap.

I came back and arrived at 3:50P.M. On 9-2-06 and told the attendant My car was there to get detailed. I watched it get washed and dried after about 30 minutes I assumed it would almost be detailed. I went out to inquire and saw my car parked on the side of the gas station with the keys in the ignition. I watched it for 15 minutes while the cashier tried to find out what was going on.By that time it was now 5:00 and there were no cars being detailed and it was very slow at the car wash.

The manager said the car had not been detailed because I was suppose to come back on a different date not the same date. I told him I made it clear that I intended on coming back the same day and when I got to the car wash I was told it would only take at the longest an hour because it was slowing down and all I needed was the detail.

The manager refused to provide the car detail service I paid $66.00 for and said I could come back another day I told him I had already wasted 4 hours and was not coming back another day. Still he refused to provide the service even though it was slow. He refused to give me a refund. The manager did not seem to care that I paid for a service and treated me with a whatever attitude. If I had been a man I would have not been treated with such disrespect.

The manager would not even stop for a minute and talk to me he simply said I had to come back and walked away for me to follow after him. Don't go to Danny's Family Car Wash for the time it takes them you could have cleaned your entire car and washed the neighbors cars as well. I will not be shopping here again.
