Employing Unqualified Drivers and engaging in Tax Fraud

Cindy Henry has intentionally and willing put unqualified drivers behind the wheel to deliver buses through out the State of California and across the United states violating many State and Federal laws.
All Cindy cares about is a warm body behind the wheel so that she and her father Sam W. Pitts can make that almighty dollar at the driver's expense.

The devout Christian that she is, has also put the drivers in harms way when it comes their personal income tax returns. It seems that the drivers MUST turn in ALL of the FUEL receipts even though they pay for the fuel after the first tank out of their pocket.

Avanti Transportation claims the tax credit for this fuel with IFTA leaving the driver without this tax deduction on their tax return. Avanti must file the IFTA quarterly and by the time the drivers receive their 1099 form from Avanti in January of the following year, it is too late to claim this deduction Avanti has already claimed it and you can NOT double dip

I guess that is why there is a revolving door at Avanti Transportation for drivers, because she and her dad are constantly finding ways to cheat the drivers out of every single penny to pad their own bank accounts.

It is my understanding that IFTA has been contacted and they are VERY interested in the fuel receipt discrepancy and are launching an investigation into this matter.

Calfornia D.O.T. From what I also understand has a major interest in Avanti Transportation's practices of both the State and Federal laws governing their type of operation.

Oh, and if you dare to speak up abut your wages, expenses, or anything else to do with money, Cindy has the worse reputation of anyone in the industry to then punish you the driver and not work you for several days, or weeks, or months. Cidny likes to play God with Driver's livelyhood!!!

You can not go against Avanti Transportation, Cindy Henry or Sam W. Pitts. It just isn't allowed by their standards.
