Abandoned the job! Complained about tip! Won't return calls!

When moving day finally came, I had to work. I was there when the movers came, and I had a friend go to the other house to monitor the move and let them in.

Before I left I told them everything but the fridge goes. That night, I go back to the old place, and am shocked to find they left a MAJOR bunch of stuff. Big stuff. The lawnmower, boxes upon boxes, an apothecary cabinet, a large dollhouse, etc. So I call the manager the next day and and let him know.

He says sometimes the movers 'forget' stuff if you aren't there and he can send another truck out in the morning but he will have to charge me again. I was very upset and I asked to speak with the owner. The owner was 'busy' so I left him a voice message. His secretary called me back and said the same thing the manager said.

At this point, the property management of the old house says I need to get my stuff out of there, the new tenets want to move in NOW, and if I don't get my stuff out, they will put it all in the garbage. So I have to call out of work, beg a girlfriend to help me haul all my remaining belongings to my new house (in the pouring rain!) So we girls, who both have back injuries were left to finish the job.

The owner still hasn't called me back. I took photos of everything that was left behind and of our cars packed to the gullet. The 'two men' certainly do not deserve a tip, and the bill warrants adjustment since the job was never finished.
