Scam, fraud, unfriendly, liars and everything else bad!

My name is Heather and I made the mistake of giving Nationwide a deposit for an upcoming move I was planning. Everything was going good until I received a call from Jim in Dispatch asking me if Avalon Vanlines could pick up on Saturday instead of Monday due to a Jewish Hoilday. I said sure and was told I would receive a phone call tomorrow to confirm.

That was Thursday, Friday came and a little before 5PM I thought I better call since I haven't heard anything yet. Spoke with Jim again and he said in his notes they say pick up Wedensday. I am furious by now, that night I called UHAUL and rented a truck to move my damn self!

Called Nationwide the next day to cancel. Of course they have no documentation of my calls to Jim or the call about change of dates. Long story short they dragged me around for weeks telling me they will get back to me with some kind of news. NOPE I always had to call them and have to tell my story all over again. Their is more to my story but I just wrote a lengthy letter to the BBB and I'm tired of talking about it right now.

I still get very upset when I think about it. Thank god for Xanax especially after I get off the phone with them.

For their claim of undocumented calls I have phone records to prove it. They just lie, brush you off and steal your money.
