I was moving from Maryland to Arizona. Olympic gave me a great price. I scheduled to have my things picked up the day before I was to fly out. They came, the men were nice enough.

The men told me they had to go to New Jersey first, before they would bring my things to Arizona. It turned out that they brought my things to New Jersey and stored them in a warehouse. After about 3 weeks I began calling them. I kept getting the run around, and the broker who I dealt with would not get on the phone with me. I was so destraught I began screaming on the phone and demanded to speak to a supervisor.

Meanwhile, I had to go on job interviews in the clothes I brought down with me and my child had nothing to play with. After so many phone calls I can't even count, I was told by someone there that they cannot bring my things until they have a few other orders that have to be shipped on the west coast. I was beside myself and thought all my things were ruined from all the tranfers and sitting in a warehouse and things possibly being stolen. I finally recieved a call saying that my things will be there in four days (after two months!). I had to take the day off and in 115 degree heat I met them at the storage place (that I had been paying for for 2 months with nothing in it). Of course they wanted the rest of their money before they would take my things out. Of course I had a picture that was almost 100 years old peel off the glass, and bubbled up on some spots due to the picture leaning face down in the heat.

I called them in regard to the damage. They sent me these papers to fill out but of course I don't know the value of this painting and they expect me to get this information so I can spend more money only to get screwed again. I can't even write anymore I get so upset. Every time I look at this picture, I cry. These people are animals. God only knows if I am missing anything, I was so distraught I couldn't even think straight. Please don't use this Company
