Deceptive, Crooks, Constant Billing Mistakes - AVOID Ripoff

This company is just a joke. Typical utility company in these trying times trying to get every last dollar. They constantly mis-read or don't read my meter. They insist they've changed out my meter, when it's the same old meter it always has been.

They billed me 3 months at once because they didn't bill me even after my calls. They wanted 3 months immed!!! When I asked them to extend the date 6 DAYS until payday they refused.

They said I could call the day after they showed it due, after paying the 5% late fee, then they would talk about payment options. Note: after paying another 5%.

She even called it "past due", I said how is it "past due" when the bill is dated 5 days ago?

On 10/16 they showed my balance as a credit of -$60.54, on 10/19 they showed my balance $601.14.

I asked they didn't they read my meter, they insist they did. I asked then why weren't they sending me a bill? They just don't know.

I asked then please extend date 6 Days and not incur the 5% penalty since it wasn't my fault. They refuse.

The cust svc rep said she would have been saving the money all along so she would have it when they finally sent the bill!!! Duh. I guess that's what I should have done.

Must be my fault First Choice Power is so screwed up.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I can't wait to see what the next six months holds before I can terminate my account.
