Ripoff dishonest scam horriable never again weird

Home clean comfort came into my home at 7:30 in the morning after scheduling an appointment from their advertisment in val-pack. There ad reads carpets steamed cleaned, any size room, state-of-the-art-equipment, funture blocks, most funbiture removed, includes pre spotter and deodorizer. So this man shows up at my door at 7:30 in the morning with a car. I proceed to let him in and he starts hauling in all of his stuff. He brings in the carpet cleanner which is a shop vac., spray bottles and a finger nail brush. He needed to use the water form my home and the electricty to use this machine. I have large pet that seem to dirty my living room floor and need to have it cleaned about once every 6-8 weeks. I usualy have hagpoian do the cleaning and they do a wonderful job. So this guy starts to tell me about their deep scrub and shows me the differance between the two cleanings on my floor. He sparys on spot with cleaner and scrubs it with a finger nail brush on his hands and knees. Now he starts up the shop vac and goes over that area he just scrubed and went over another area with just the vacume. No differance. He tried to get me to purchase the deep scrub clean for everything for only $68.00.

Mind you I am just having 2 small rooms done. I told him I did not want that and then they tried selling me a package for $195.00. I didnt want that either. Just wanted the two room special that they were running in their ad for 11.95 per room, two room minimum. Once I said that i didnt want any other services he needed to use my phone to call his boss. He was not able to use his cell phone in his pocket! He was talking to someone on the phone for about 15-20 minutes and keep trying to bargin prices with me. Once i declined all of this, he hung up the phone and stated that we were in a good area and usually people sont mind spending the extra money. He said that his boss was pissed at him for comeing back to the shop with only a $30.00 job. Very nasty and pushy with it all. Now he starts to do my floors and was done in about 15 minutes and it does not even look like they did any thing.

They always come clean when i have them done but not this time. The water they were using was ice cold and they call that steam cleaning. I mean for crying out loud they showed up with a shop vac. Most people come with a crew and a van with a steam machine that cleans your carpets. Most people run a special like this to gather clientell and repeat business. It is the worst and funniest thing i have every saw. Be aware of this company. You will not get what you think you are getting. They will fight about the price for about 45 minutes and then do a worific job if you dont up grade. Use a company that uses really equipment.
