Matrixeyewear.com No Reply whatsoever, been waiting for 5 weeks! Scam? Ripoff? Providing false information for contact

Hi,
My name is Andrew and I placed an order for 2 pairs of replica matrix sunglasses. I sent payment via mail and money order as I do not trust having my father use his credit card over the internet for anything. He had a printable order form and the address to send it to on the page.

I paid 45$ and still have not recieved anything. I sent my order in mid september and it is nearing the end of october. Even giving him the benefit of the doubt, I doubt "snail mail" takes more than 4 - 5 days to reach Nebraska from Nevada. It has been nearly 5 weeks and around, I think, a week and a half ago I sent an email. 1 day... 2 days... Nothing.

I sent another to him at his "direct" email address and tried to call the number... The number doesn't exist. I tried a few more times just because, and still nothing. So I looked up the area code and it doesn't even go to Nebraska! His so called "home number" goes to Wisconsin! I perused the site and stumbled onto his links of other websites and such he has, and discovered another number, different, and it existed, but still in Wisconsin. It never said anything about ruplinger enterprises, but it was some lady's name and to leave a message, and sounded to me like a legit answering machine for his company, so I left a message explaining my problem.

I recieved a call back the next day, not from Ruplinger enterprises, but a private home (same number), the man informed me that he has recieved " about 40 calls from many people complaining of the same things and wondering where their products were." He said he didn't have a clue who Gary Ruplinger was, but had a general idea that he was a scammer due to the amount of calls he had recieved. He told me he was going to get his number changed and there was no such person at this number. He also informed me that he has filed complaints and sent many emails to gary telling him that there has been a mistake with the phone number posted. He has not received a reply at all and people are still calling him. The number is, (so don't call it trying to complain) 1-920-251-8573.

So I sent more emails, still searching for an alternate number on his webpages. I really wanted to be sure that this was some sort of scam before I tried to file a complaint, and checked many different websites and links of his. I typed in his name on google and found this website and read the complaint of another customer who apparently had her claim resolved by a rebuttal from gary stating that a refund had been issued and she was to recieve her products anyway due to a ridiculous time frame that it took to get the orders shipped or something like that.

I hope that by filing this complaint that I will have my issue resolved and get my products. Just letting the public know, the many email addresses that he provides on his websites, I have not gotten a single reply from, the number currently posted on Matrix eyewear does not exist, and the number that he had " recently changed to " in his previous rebuttal (explaining the mistake) doesn't work either. I have not recieved any responses from anybody in Ruplinger Enterprises. As far as I know, I am emailing, sending money to, and trying to call a brick wall. Please, someone give me some information! Thank you very much.
