Darwin Fish Placed order, Was charged order Have not recieve order ripoff no contact returned

Ordered one car plaque on September 22. I payed for two day shipping, and the charge was deducted from my account two days later.

After two weeks, i send an email and call the companies number, i never get a reply from the two emails i sent, and i called ten times various days and times. I always got the anwering machine left a detailed message including my order number (qxjf6903) and was never replyed to.

It is now October 15, after demanding i get a full refund the buisness has neglected to refund or contact me in any way.
