Breached the Contract through Misrepresentation and more. Ripoff

My company signed a contract to receive "A Complete Marketing Program featuring Sports and Soaps The Worldwide Web & National Radio Support" At Walmart Hemet CA. To this day they have not racked the publication, we signed up in June the publication was to be distributed on September 1st. According to the contract we were suppossed to be advertised 52 weeks in a complete marketing program as the title suggests. The website advertised just forwards to yahoo for soaps and espn for sports. Mr Brad Engle came to my place of business an said he had an exclusive opportunity for my business to be the only business of my category to be advertised at Walmart in Hemet CA an EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY! He stated that I was to be in a magazine on a kiosk located so all the people entering and leaving Walmart would see this kiosk and pick up the magazine and fill in the coupon to enter a contest, the best part was that to enter the contest the people have to write all the advertisers names in the ad to qualify to win, this he said would make people remember my ad more. He grossly misrepresented the location, visibility, and availability of the media that is supposed to be distributed.
Instead of being prominently displayed, the magazine rack is located in an out of the way hallway of only about 4 feet wide with vending machines surrounding the rack, and to this day no magazines from Sports and Soaps have been racked! In addition, there are two racks on either side of the store and only one rack has a place for sports and soaps.

According to the contract we were supposed to be advertised 52 weeks in a complete marketing program consisting or www.sportsandsoaps.com, the Worldwide Web and National Radio Support. The website is not what the contract says, there are no ads just a sample ad, the inside sports tab forwards to Yahoo soaps, the inside sports tab forwards to ESPN's website, this is not advertisement for my business.

I feel that this contract is breached, and should be annulled or cancelled and all my money be returned.
