Rebate ripoff, never recieved

I purched the phone and the plan was promised a 50 rebate and even got an e-mail saying they sent it. No rebate, called to follow up was told new rebate being sent, if not recieved by 9-15-06 would credit my account. Recieved phone call inquiring on rebate explained it never showed. Was told my account was credited for 50$. Check on-line and no credit called on 10-7-06 and was told they would give me half $25 and that I did not qualify. Was told I would recieve call between 2- 24 hours later, I am still waiting. Called again on 10-8-06 was told to busy to talk to me...
